Shipping

Items that are in our "One-of-a-kind" section or items from our "Jewellery" section that are in stock will be shipped within 1 week of receiving payment. Items in our "Jewellery" section that are out of stock and being made to order or customized will generally be shipped within 3 to 4 weeks. More complicated designs or custom orders generally take between 4-12 weeks for production. If I can not complete your order within those timeframes, I will make every effort to inform you at the time of purchase. 

All domestic orders requiring tracking and insurance will be shipped via Canada Post Priority or Express post mail. If you prefer another method please let me know when you order. 

Shipping costs vary from $20-$40 for domestic purchases. This includes shipping and tracking. 

National and International orders will ship via Canada Post or FedEx and cost $80- $120, depending on cost of item and distance that it is being shipped. 

Items will be gift-boxed and sent in a mailing box or padded mailer. 

Returns/Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy, please contact me within 14 days of arrival so that we can remedy the situation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at kleiojewellery@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift card purchases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
